Board Member, Fran Katz Residence (5th Avenue Next To Central Park) is in a magnificent pre-world war one building. In the 1920's Fred F. French constructed the 14-room penthouse to house his family. The penthouse was home to Fred and Cordelia French, to John Winslow French, Fred, Jr. and Theodore and Ellen Millard French. The building faces Central Park and The Metropolitan Musuem of Art.
